I've owned two different versions of the this headset neither lasted more than a week, both were wired one 20 year anniversary edition other standard, the mic didn't work on the anniversary edition straight out of the box decided to buy a normal one. Give it one more shot. After 5 days the same thing happened.

Maybe I expected too much from this headset? The wireless version has glowing remarks, but I was looking for a cheaper wired alternative. Unfortunately, this headset has really bad sound. It’s muddy, the bass drowns out all the mids, and the highs are tinny. Tried using the Dolby Atmos software to even out the V shaped sound, but it’s just not an enjoyable experience. There are plenty of options for headsets in this price range that’ll get the job done. Pass on these.

Headphones work great with my son Xbox 1. Very durable and not easy to break.

The headset microphone was not good. It was glitchy and the volume was not that loud

This product is okay for the money. Definitely wouldn’t be my top choice in terms of sound quality.

The headphones work fine but the quality was not as good as the wireless xbox headset version. I compared them side by side and these wired ones were slightly muffled and didn't have the bass the wireless set provided. Also did not have an adjustment for mix like the wireless version.

Least favorite headphones I've gotten Price should tell though. But shouldn't be a factor

Good but it would be best to purchase a Hyper X headset or the Xbox wireless headset.

This does not work with the Xbox streaming app. After connecting to the Bluetooth Xbox controller, I am unable to get audio. It turns out I need a Bluetooth headset in order to do streaming games through the TV app

Purchased as a Christmas present for my kiddo. He wanted it, he loved it. And then it stopped working and he was back to calling a friend on FaceTime instead of using headset. Disappointed kid

Head piece broke after one year. Poorly constructed

It’s not worth the money . The sound is horrible and you may be comfortable with this but it’s really not what it’s cracked up to be. I needed this for console game capture and worked horribly for me .

Unfortunately this product did not have a great sound to them. Even though it was a wired head set.

I wouldn’t recommend. Lasted maybe a whole three months for my son as he games on the Xbox. The mic broke, and the cord was basically severed all my using it.

Not the greatest quality for its asking price and brakes easily

If it weren't for the poor quality on the cable this would be a great headset. Now this headset's mic barely works and there is crosstalk between the game sounds and the mic due to the cable. Unfortunately the cable tends to break and there is no way to replace just the cable. If you could just replace the cable it would be fine, but now its junked an just more e-waste. Microsoft's 90-day warranty is pretty garbage too. Mine broke just over under 4 months later so I'm hosed...
