Extended warranty for the win !

Have to say though the extended warranty truly is work the few dollar brought it in and they replaced it no questions asked

The audio itself is an awful, but there’s much better out there. For the price, this is not a bad item. The microphone did not work very well and it picked up A lot of background noise. The audio Jack input thing or whatever made static scratching sounds if it wasn’t in the right position. I bought a new headset and haven’t looked back since

Great Xbox headset!

It has been working very well, would highly recommend it to Xbox gamers who don’t want to shell out for the wireless one.

If you’re using for PC too or anything other than the Xbox, consider the wired option as the wireless headset will turn on the Xbox every time the headset is turned on.

Would not repurchase

Sound is cutting out and my mic is making very distracting noises on the other end for players to hear while I’m gaming. Disappointing paying $60 for something that only lasts 5 months.
