A big disappointment.

Absolute Garbage

Your better to purchase a cheap knock off brand that will last you month for a quarter of the price.

You wouldn’t take it back because of your two week policy!!! Trying to contact the manufacturer was a bust and I’ll never purchase another thing from you store!!!

Can't hear

I can barely hear anyone in a party chat and the game volume is very low and this is with the headset turned all the way up. I want to return this item.

First headset

I've had it as long as I've had my series s, for around 3 ½ years. Remained durable until the metal connector got bent, but even then the only thing that didn't work was the mic, the soind was just fine though. Very good buy.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i had a few doubts on this headset but after using it for a week, it’s amazing. very good quality. mic is sometimes bad but just unplug it and it’s all good again. $60 is not expensive for a very good headset. the audio is amazing, the design is really cool and overall it’s worth the money no questions asked. i’ve had a lot of cheap headsets and expensive ones but this beats a lot of the past ones. seriously a very good headset.
