Had bad frame dips before with the Xbox controller on bluetooth. It's a thing look it up. Bought this and now I get all the frames. Works great. Fast shipping with Bestbuy.

Worked... while it lasted
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The adapter did exactly what it said it would do that was until last week when it stopped working all together, thought it might have been my computer so I had tried my laptop still no light and did not show up in device manager. The dongle no longer turns on and trying to find support or warranty information through microsoft's website on troubleshooting this dongle just lead to finding out I needed to contact support for a replacement but instead of a that sending you to support the link sends you to the webpage to buy the product and support from that sends you right back to the troubleshooting page. In other words the product was great while it lasted but I just wish it lasted longer than a few months especially when this dongle is needed to connect their 150 dollar controller to my pc but that's a complaint for another product.

Fantastic bluetooth adapter for PC users

I tried going with a bluetooth adapter I found off Amazon that can connect with not only a controller but multiple bluetooth devices. I found out quickly that wasn't the route to go. I experiences several disconnections with a normal bluetooth wireless adapter. Once I got my hands on this Xbox specific Microsoft bluetooth adapter that all changed. It works seamlessly.
