Somehow I missed that in reviews and that it didn't come with the xbox wireless adapter for windows 10. Make sure you get this if you have a desktop PC. Setup on a windows 10 system was also a little tricky as it didn't auto recognize everything right. I don't know why. Followed directions on microsoft site and it finally worked and hasn't faltered since.

Held the sync button on the device. Held the sync button on my controller. Everything went great after that. Voice chat works through apps like Discord as well as Xbox Game Bar if you have a chat adapter for your controller like the ones provided by Turtle Beach.

worked great at first.....

But now there was either a fortnite update or a win 10 update that cause it to not respond in fortnite. It seems to work fine still within windows but that does me no good since I bought this to play fortnite on the PC. Maybe there will be a fix soon? otherwise its now just sitting on my desk! Ugh!
