Much better than the older dongles that Microsoft made, a lot smaller and more compact, but just as flimsily and not very reliable. I’d just recommend using a Bluetooth connection from your remote to pc if possible. Save yourself some money.

Having a brand new custom gaming computer and XBox One I shouldn’t need this, but I do and it works as it should. It even took a hit when I “bump” it straight out of the USB port, plugged it back in and went back to gaming.

Works aces and doesn't drop pairing like the first gen one did with my xbox one S series controllers or my elite series two! it also provides battery reporting and you can use the headphone jack on it which you can't do via bluetooth.

Just plug it in, pair with your controller and you are good to go! Make sure you have new batteries in. If it doesn't seem like it is pairing at some point, your controller may be dead. My PC never warns me before the batteries die

As expected this device allowed me to use my Xbox controller on my WIN10 laptop

Love this thing, it makes the connection to my series x controller and my PC not delay. When I let off the stick it shouldn’t start moving after I already moved it like it did before I had this.

I purchased this after reading a lot of reviews, but mine seems to get hot quickly and I have it in an open area away from my other gadgets. This eventually causes my headset to stop functioning properly. It's not extremely often but it's enough to be annoying. Overall, I like it though.

I definitely recommend getting this adapter for windows. I absolutely love this product. I was in the market for a usb/bluetooth controller and came across this. Not only you can use this for triple AAA games but you also can use this for emulators!

This is a lot smaller compared to last gen receiver. And the button is at the end of the stick instead of the side (finally)!!! If you want the lowest lattency (from controller to PC), this is a must have.

I honestly don’t know why I bought this since my Microsoft controller can connect to my laptop via Bluetooth. If ur lap too does have Bluetooth and you want to use a Microsoft controller with your laptop you must have this nifty lil gadget

Purchased for my grandson to use with his pc for gaming and xbox. Was reluctant in buying cause reviews stated it "was difficult to get to work". My grandson is 13 and seems to have had no trouble with it.

Great product. Use my xbox controller on my PC for most games. A great addition if you are looking to game with a well rounded controller like the elite series 2.

this thing is awesome with all the xbox apps on your pc, all the xbox exclusives coming to pc, the xbox live integration on pc- and this thing + a controller... basically makes your gaming PC an xbox too.

This works great, even though installing the driver may not be totally obvious. You need to make sure you check for updates and select the optional updates to get the right driver installed. After that, it works great!

Cool addition to be able to play Xbox on the go. But you can’t play actual Xbox games without internet service it seems which really Sucks. But other than that it’s nice. If there is a way to play without internet or WiFi could someone let me know

I bought this adapter to connect my Steelseries 9X headset to my PC and now it works without problems. Probably will buy another for my laptop as well. NOTE.. this thing is really small.. like all of 2 inches long..so don't lose it.
