    Device works well for xbox controllers on PC and steam-link. Pairing is quick and pairing button is easier to access than previous model ( on the back instead of on the side)

    The device works flawlessly but I am sure there is a way MS could have put this in the joystick itself so you would not have to use a USB Slot. Another device means Mo-Money for MS

    Was smaller than the previous model, but installation was hassle-free. Literally was a plug-and-play situation and it automatically recognized and synced my wireless controller.

    Works fine and has good distance. Just be aware that newer Xbox controllers have built in bluetooth that can sync directly to the computer without needing this adapter.

    Definitely necessary for a smooth experience. Also let's you connect up to 8 controllers if youre playing games that can take advantage of that.

    I actually purchased this for my son so he could use his XBox controller for games on his laptop. After a bit of confusion on getting the adapter setup it works great. Just wish it would have been easier to setup from the start.
