    I bought this adapter to replace the original Xbox One controller adapter because it had problems with keeping controllers connected. It seems all Microsoft did was make the package smaller. It worked fine for a couple of months but now it has problems keeping controllers connected and is degraded to the point where the controller connects, but it tells the controller to turn off. As far as I know, there's no firmware updates for the adapter itself and my controller has the latest firmware updates. This adapter is a complete waste of money. If you have the second generation Xbox One controller, get a Bluetooth adapter instead.
