The great news is that this controller doesn't need an adapter to work wirelessly with Xbox One, and if you have a Windows 10 device that supports Bluetooth, it can connect wirelessly to it without an adapter as well. Still the best controller out there

The grip is excellent and the size is perfect for larger hands. My only issue is that the controls seem a little tight but I'm assuming I just need to break it in.
