It has tiny dots in the center area between the buttons. This doesn’t bother me personally. But when trying to train someone to play, it can be difficult to see the letters and defaulting to colors doesn’t work if they aren’t there. So if you’re a pro at Xbox you will love this controller. If you are a novice stick to the standard controller until you learn the ropes.

Great Controller and Very Different Color

There's no difference in functionality, but the different than usually black and white color is great for distinguishing controllers. Now my kids don't have to fight over which one to use.
