No complaints about the bluetooth connection or the ergonomics The only thing that can be better about the design is that the controller uses micro-USB rather than USB Type C for wired connection.

The "grip" is really just textured plastic. Not at all rubberized, but it does provide a noticeably better handle on the controller. Very sleek looking, and works well. Range is improved greatly for me as well. The integrated 3.5mm jack works great, and should have been included on day one.
