It took awhile to pair with the Xbox but finally started working flawlessly. The batteries that come with this only last about 1-2 weeks. Microsoft should provide much better batteries or a long remote cable.

The controls are great and works well. But when pressing down on the Cross key there is an odd hollow-ness to it that makes it feel cheap. But otherwise this is the best Xbox Controller ever made!
