We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.

Purchased online at full price for in-store pickup. Received a used, already opened controller. Controller was dirty and even had a random USB extension cable in the bottom of the box. Stores should not get rid of their open box inventory to online customers who pay full price.

Was having bluetooth issues on my computer and just couldn't get it to connect with the regular controller. Purchase this so I wouldn't have connectivity issues and have had zero issues since. Would definitely recommend it fellow PC enthusiast that might be having issues with bluetooth as well

Internal packaging was loose and the power button doesnt work all the time. Just waiting for this to be back in stock to make an exchange. Still gets 5 stars because I have multiple of these controllers. They are great when there are no outside issues.
