The censor is very wonky. Every so often, in midgame, the censor would lose connection and can take about 20-30 secs for it to reconnect. I ended up using my USB-C, wire it to my PC and problem solved but that really defeats the purpose of buying a wireless controller. Got a replacement and still having this issue. Too expensive for it to have this problem.

It’s good for regular gaming, buttons always messing up if you’re a real gamer. This wouldn’t be the right one

Didn’t come with the back piece that keeps the battery’s in. Otherwise, it works fine and arrived in good condition.

Didnt even last a week drift right away out the box completely disappinted for it was a bday present and now stuck with a defective product

Works very well. My PC's Bluetooth doesn't seem to work so well. So I bought this controller hoping that the USB dongle would work better. Finally, no more random disconnects during gaming. The build quality is also fantastic, everything feels sturdy and accurate.

This has to be the best revision of the Xbox One/ Series Controller yet. The Dpad feels amazing, the bumpers finally don't feel like a mess. And this came with a wireless adapter because of the spotty bluetooth connection. A++++++

Installed to my Windows 11 PC just fine. Made playing Flight Simulator so much better than the keyboard interface, which I found unusable. Actually bought it for Elden Ring, but got a refund on Elden Ring. Not the controller's fault - I just think the game is terrible for PC.

Make sure you buy this version where the buttons have the colors on them not the one with the colored dots in the center next to the buttons they have a tendency of having drift or button sticking so make sure it's this version.

Worked as needed...This remote was bought to add the function of multiple player games in the same room. It's better to play and WIN 2K against someone in the same room. :) - *Takes a few minutes to upgrade the controller software and then you are ready to go!

I use this playing PC games, XBOX games and Apple TV games. This is the best game controller ever.. I got it brand new sealed in the box. Very responsive and comfortable in the hands. I would buy again to make it a pair.

the adapter over heats for some reason and im not impressed

I've had this controller for a little over a year of occasional use with my PC. Got it out of the closet today, played wirelessly for a time, then tried to plug in to charge (I have the play-and-charge kit) and nothing happens. If I hold the cable at a certain angle it will connect but disconnects when I let go. A brief search of the problem reveals others having the same issue with the USB-C port on this controller model, as well as the Elite model, coming loose and needing to be resoldered/replaced.

I've used this on Windows 10 for almost a year now and it's held up great compared to past controllers. No issues with the wireless connection and if the battery runs out you can connect it via USB cable.

Second Xbox controller I have had and the left joystick drifts every time. If you’re gamer and put hours in be forewarned this will happen quickly.

I am happy with the controller. I like the textured grips and the slightly smaller size compared to older controllers is great. New Dpad is cool. I like having the adapter instead of bluetooth for lower latency.

The product of the controller bundle is wonderful have no complaints with it as of one day of use. my problem is with best buys horrible workers stealing. Upon opening my new controller box there was a Xbox game pass code card in the box as well. i was super excited about being able to try it free for a month with all the new games BUT I CAN NOT. Someone at the packaging warehouse decided I want to steal this code and use it first. So they did then put the card back in the box with a already used code. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY AND STAFF.

It’s an Xbox controller it works plus the usb stick worked fine with no problems get to play single player games on the pc with no issues and best of all no cables

The controller itself is fine, but i was hoping the usb stick would save me the hassle of having to connect it through bluetooth with my pc. Havent had any luck with that though.

The only let down is the wireless adapter isn't compatible with the Xbox one controllers. I love this controller this has to be the best Xbox controller I've ever used to date.
