    The ability to use this with a wired connection stopped working after about a year of occasional use. Tested with multiple USB cabled on multiple computers. I strongly recommend getting anything else.

    I was sent a defective controller. The "A" button kept sticking. Ordered a replacement because there was no way to exchange the item through the Best Buy app. Returning the defective controller turned into a giant hassle, had to contact best buy customer disservice 5 times before finally getting a refund 6 weeks later.
