USB dongle was a problem.

If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. Treacherous tripping in disguise

I only expected them to let me play these pathetic PC games, yet that ain't that easy! Never will buy from Microsoft, quality is beyond disappointment, it's embarrassing! Booo!
