You can only use this as wired. So stop selling this with a dongle bestbuy since it does not work. Anyone who says it does work is lying. You can only used it as wired. Only way to use it wirelessly is if the controller is on Xbox qnd not pc.

My extra PS5 controller(s) cost $60 and has a one-year warranty. My guess is Microsoft knows this controller is a piece of crap and they pray that they last for 90 days before it starts breaking repeatedly. So sad...
