The front of the controller feels different from the hard plastic of the regular controllers, it feels very smooth which is a nice touch! I really like the clear trigger buttons also.

It's very comfortable and easy to navigate. Does exactly what a controller should do, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Cant wait to see the easter egg details when Starfield comes out! Ive not seen the vibration meschanism through the triggers being transparent- in any other controller! Solid controller

Bought it for a Series X when the original controller started to drift. Microsoft designs incredible controllers. It’s just a shame their quality-control is lacking. Shouldn’t have to replace a controller after two years of use. Perhaps consider buying the additional warranty - or just sign up for Best Buy Total Tech.
