It was easy for him to connect to his computer by using his usb port to type c cable. There's also bluetooth connectivity. The controls are very easy to use, so I'm glad he loves the controller. The time I bought it was when it was $10 off so it was worth the price.

Works great, but I am disappointed that the rechargeable battery pack doesn't fit under the cover of this new model. So it's either charge without the cover, alter the controller to fit the other back, or find a new rechargeable battery pack that allows the cover to close.
