Exactly what I expected. I've smashed it multiple times and it is still like new. It's been a month.

I am highly upset for the past three trips to Best Buy. If my Son controller is blue you no longer have a blue. You give me a white. If you don’t have a white, you give me a black the same thing with the headset you give me what you have and when it’s time to bring it back under the protection plan I’m told either my plan collapsed when I never let it collapse or I’m giving something else and it’s frustrating. I have been doing this for 14 years and only have had issues using the Raleigh Crabtree Best Buy. It’s not fair that I’m here for 2 1/2 hours since 1130 is now 208 same thing last time the young lady went to go look at the camera. She said I was giving a gift card. I know I used the gift card if you give it to me right then because a lot of times I forget I have a gift card And I want this resolved. They told me to contact the number on the receipt cause there’s nothing they can do in the store corporate has to take care of it. There was one time when they couldn’t find something and they said they couldn’t refund me for something broken. I said well I’m a leave it here but they take it. It does me no good taking something that you’re telling me I can’t use so why am I holding onto it then later someone print a receipt and they actually see the problem and then re-issue me whatever it is I need. I don’t know if folks strain differently. I don’t know what’s going on, but it’s just too much and I want to be refunded for headset And the controllers.

Works like a charm. Haven't used the share button that much but pretty simple to use. Has good grip.

The controller that came with the console was pretty wore out, I didn't realize how wore out until I got this one today, Don't have to stand on the buttons, I can just press them lightly now.

buttons are a bit mushy, needs better switches. otherwise fine

Works well. Nice bright white color. Slightly made for larger hands. Good when they go on sale.

I ordered this controller online and it arrived very quickly, so that was nice. However, when I opened the package, it appeared to be an open-box item. The box was not sealed, there were no batteries, and the associated paperwork was disheveled. So, I drove all the way to the Best Buy to exchange the controller. This defeated the whole purpose of ordering it online. The employee who helped me was friendly and the exchange went smoothly. Anyways, my son loves this controller and that's all that really matters to me.

Can't go wrong with Microsoft. Reliable quality product.

Overall, hubby loved controller and color. The joystick messed up after just a few months.

It’s a controller. What more can you say? There’s some issues that seem to be comon through all Xbox controllers and the big one is stick drift.

The tv is so clear, took some time to get use to such great pictures made us feel like we were actually seating right next to them. Crazy kinda..

My sons other controller broke and this was a nice repkacement. The price is the same as any other store.
