    Bought controller open box and it came working condition only thing is that bestbuy didnt take time to clean controller it had gunk and who knows what else in the shell . Clean up and disinfected the controller now everything good. Bestbuy needs to make sure on open box or return items that they are not dirty nor have other peoples juices on it.

    Great controller. Bumpers and triggers feel better than last gen controllers. D pad will take some time to get used to, more mouse clicky than prior. I would recommend. Still uses either AA or charge pack. And usb c finally!

    This is the first controller I’ve picked up in a long time since my old 360 controller was starting to act up. It works quite well for PC gaming. The only downside is that I had to pickup a USB C cable to use it with my PC.

    I got so many of these Xbox controllers. My kids cant seem to not break them. Make sure you purchase the geek squad protection because once it breaks geek squad replaces it for free one time.
