I bought 3 of these in different colors before Christmas 2022. None of them have lasted without some kind of issue even a year. Mind you, they are usable issues. Drifting, mushy buttons or sometimes they stick. I have replaced one under Best Buy warranty and not even 30 days in the X button is “mushy”. I am very meticulous about my electronics and careful as we can be. This generation’s controllers seem lower quality than ever unfortunately. I still recommend them on sale, more expensive controllers aren’t doing much better.

Bought it as open box - excellent and have no complaints. It had a small paint scuff but had no problems removing it.

Great controller love the feel I could play hours in without getting hand fatigue wish It could have a built-in rechargeable battery, but you could buy it separate as a accessory

Very nice, works well. Not needed so much since the other models work with the new generation but this is a nice upgrade. Wish the rechargeable power packs worked on these so we could switch those so unfortunately have to buy new for those so these are ending up to cost more that we wanted.

Ok familiar controller. Same as Xbox one but a little smaller in back. However MS still has the worst D-Pad on the market. Inside the device they use tape to hold dpad buttons down which can cause them to get stuff after use.
