I much prefer the ps5's new features. They add a lot to a game. These are same old xbox controller. No frills. Good if you can get on sale for $40, not worth anything higher.

That's something Microsoft needs to improve ! The service was good and the staff was polite kind and effective at getting the orders to the customer's in a timely fashion.
