He said out of all the controllers we have for the 4 consoles we have that this one is his favorite out of all the ones he has used and he has absolutely no complaints or issues which is very rare.

If you are looking at this for an Xbox, I'm sure it's fine. I returned this controller because about 30 seconds into using it, the a button kept getting stuck down. Then my bluetooth on my windows 11 pc kept dropping and reconnecting. I ensured that my drivers for everything were up to date and troubleshot the heck out of it. No luck. If you game on PC consider an alternative.
