Very good Xbox remote control for the new Xbox series

Works just fine. Way too expensive though. Don’t feel like it needs to be $60

Looks great but already a few issues right out of the box - loose A button and RB button randomly doesn’t detect input Probably more of an issue with Xbox controllers (actually, all modern controllers on the whole) than this particular one. Still, be wary before spending the money.

These should come standard with the console when you buy it. There is no reason to expect a console owner to always play by themselves.

I purchased this controlling online through Best Buy and it was shipped from another company. The controller package was open and the controller was broken. There was a note stating that returns needed to go through this 3rd party company. I contacted them and was re-directed to start the return process through Best Buy. It has been over a week and still no word on the return of the product or my refund. I will NEVER order anything through Best Buy online again.

My sons love the new configuration of this controller.

Works great with my laptop wirelessly would recommend.

I purchased in October of 2021. I've never owned a Microsoft controller and thought I would try it, because my cheaper logitech controllers were disappointedly dying after a couple of years of use. The best controller I ever had was an Alienware control that lasted about 15 years and I had grown to expect all controllers to be reliable. So, I decided to try this controller. After only a few months use, it developed a problem that I had never heard of called drifting. It drives me insane. The control feels so much more substantive than my logitech controls, but it failed so much faster and costs so much more. I'm seriously disappointed. When it worked, I preferred its ergonomics and responsiveness. When it doesn't work, it makes Windows scroll uncontrollably and ruins gameplay.

This model will last about 1 year before controler-drift sets in.. Get the insurance..

Microsoft Xbox game controllers suck. I break one every few months, they start drifting off center or sticking, no way to clean them / fix them / recenter them. I end up replacing regularly.

Definitely would recommend getting life saver for sure

Bought this control for my nephew and he loved it for Christmas. They down side of the controllers is that there is no custom plates.
