I prefer them much more than a third-party controllers that being said this particular controller was straight up defective. I noticed this is as a trend not just with Best Buy but other stores as well. Maybe it’s the batches. I don’t know. What I do know is that this one drift it within a week of having it.

He loves the color and design. He says the grip is better than what he had also. Also a major plus, he uses his for his PC and the cord is extremely long so thats always a plus so he doesn't have to be so close to the screen

This is by no means a step up from the Series X controller that comes included with the Xbox Series X console, but it has rubber grips on it that make it feel way more premium than the standard black xbox series x controller. I do wish it didn't cost a bit more to have rubber grips on it, but it's still nice.
