Microsoft would not send a replacement for this issue. The controller itself is comfortable and well-designed but it’s not good value considering its price and lack of longevity.

Really vibrant in person. I love the light texturing because it really keeps the controller from feeling oily after a long period of usage.

I've always loved the Xbox controllers, but I'm a playstation fan. The controller feels the same as the previous version, just with minor changes.
