    Great controller although a bit bummed that there’s no built-in wireless charging, seems deliberately done as to encourage additional accessory purchases at this point. I bought this controller used and while it’s otherwise in good condition, there are scratches all over one side of it.

    So disappointed with Best Buy distribution and shipping. I ordered this nov 23 as a Christmas gift for my son and they never sent it. I called and they said a new one would be sent and now they issued a refund instead of sending a new one. So so so disappointed with the customer service.
