Nice grippy texture on the triggers / underside of the controller, better d-pad (more tactile), a share button and now a USB-C connection. The only minor complaint I have is that the USB-C cable doesn't have any kind of charge indicator on it like the older one did. Got it on sale for $40 so definitely no complaints there.
