I have had the controller for a little more than one month and only played with it for about a week before the left trigger began to stick. I play FPS games a lot and I do not press the triggers hard. If this had not happened I would be giving the controller a 5/5. I much prefer the size and grip of the new series X controller over the previous Xbox one version. Will try to get the controller replaced. Hope not to have difficulty with customer service.
