I spent hours (including being on hold over 10 times) trying to find where my package was left in my apartment complex. The delivery driver took a terrible picture of the package when leaving and was awful trying to get a hold of when I could not find my package (how hard is it to leave at the main office?). Overall, product had no issues but I was disappointed in Best Buy’s delivery service company, “Roadie” and am unsure if I will be returning because of the lack of customer service from them.

One right stick floats off to the side on the screen, the others LB button broke. Unsure whether it was natural wear and tear or what, but will be needing to replace them.
