Love the new series X controls with the improved D-pad, and textured grip on the rear. Feels way more premium than the Xbox one controls.

There isn't anything new or anything. I like the new color options, but why did the back have to be white. The control is lime green with black accents in the front. Why not make the back green as well or black since it would fit in with accents. White should be avoided apart from all/mostly white controllers, it stains.

Old models springs lasted a long time. I don't know if it's my family but springs get loose fast. MS needs to fix this, folks have to replace these 2x a year with average family gaming.
