It had issues and probably shouldn't have been resold. Then we find out when we returned it that the controller numbers didn't match the box numbers. So i wont be buying anymore discounted items from Best Buy.

Not built to last

I have never dropped it and it still looks great, but the controller turns off the second it is disconnected from a power cord and the A button often double clicks randomly when I press it a single time.

And I’m not a heavy gamer and it was never handled roughly just sat on my desk as it’s my second controller. The one that came with the PS5 is still going strong. Now I have to figure out how to fix it.

It's great to hear that you love the updated design of your new Xbox wireless controller. We're sorry that there's an issue using it with your Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth, though. If you're still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
