The color scheme on this controller is pretty unique as it changes color depending on which direction you look at it from.

Battery cover does not fit

What I will say is that it looks the same and shape as his Xbox one controller and works perfectly with it, but the difference is in the battery cover. His rechargeable battery cover did not fit this one so we had to buy a whole new set.

They all connect and work with Bluetooth on the shield just fine. We can now play multiplayer games. They are working much better than the Nvidia controllers ever did.

I have not noticed any lag. I do wish the audio settings were not buried. At first it was really quiet and I thought something was wrong, until I found the audio settings for the controller in the Xbox menu.

Decided to go with the new XBox One controller. Light and responsive, I can tell a difference in feel. Still getting used to the thumb placement but I've had an Xbox in the past so it shouldn't be too difficult to readjust to the change.
