This thing is so close to being perfect, except that it's not rechargeable, and uses regular AA batteries. Not sure why Xbox would go with regular batteries, but this was a huge let down. Tried to use on PC, and doesn't work on Fortnite....need to buy the xbox dongle to make it work. Ultimately decided to return.

It will disconnect and connect randomly even though I am sitting close to my computer that it is connected too. I took a USB-C cord to connect it to my computer to improve the connections. For a Microsoft product that is connecting to Microsoft's Windows, its a shame that it doesn't have a better connection.

Known stick-drift issue, happens to every controller eventually. Absolute scam to have to keep buying these.

Our new one is working fine so far though.
