Xbox has come along way to making better ergonomic controllers, along with durability and features. The color scheme is top notch, for something not made in their design lab

My Xbox works well. This is my first Xbox ever so buying it, I was skeptic but now I’m happy I did. I also love the deal with the 3 months of free gaming.

Great controller for pc easy set up great battery life

Controller has been working extremely well, has no issues pairing with my device, and works seemlessly with the games I use.

So perfect! Bought this one as a replacement for my controller because my analog sticks were getting drifty and the new one is so fresh! It bounces right back! No drift! Works great! And I like the d-pad, it’s different from my last controller’s d-pad but I like it. more comfortable.

I bought this because using the mouse to move around in Diablo 4 is a pain. Pairing it to my computer was really easy, literally just plug it in to a C-C usb cable and you're good

Much better than last generation. I especially love the grip they added on the back. The share button is cool too.

I don’t know why these controller feel like they only last about a year and then develop stick drift or other issues.

Nice controller but you need expensive games to play

I bought a controller in October 2021 been using it and the right thumbstick pulls itself up as if it has a malfunction. Been struggling with that for a month so I had to buy this one a second time. I know they work great but it being a faulty Microsoft product i dont think it will last forever or long enough, but for now it does the job

So this is my 2nd Sky Cipher controller to own. picked this up on sale. I love the color. but, The QC issues with this controller like every other is still a problem. The first one I purchased elsewhere, Had Stickdrift within the first 3 months. (Left analog) The company I purchased it thu offered a warranty for 3 years for only $8. Including Accidental damage. I was able to secure a full refund. Now opening this one, I fear the same will happen under normal use. The bad thing, BestBuy not offering any warranty other than the 30day return window. Sure you could grab the ridiculously expensive Geek Squad protection. But not worth it in my opinion. All in all I would buy elsewhere.

The only issue is that unlike PlayStation controllers this isn’t rechargeable and needs AA batteries

It’s a controller. What more can you say? There’s some issues that seem to be comon through all Xbox controllers and the big one is stick drift.

I bought the XBox Series X and unfortunately not a lot of first party games out but still gave it 5 Stars because the Game Pass is amazing to play all the old games I couldn't play before. This is my first XBox, my Fiance is the XBox person LOL. The controller has a great feel and look.

This newer Xbox controller to me feels better in the hand especially for longer gaming sessions compared to previous generations, the fit and finish seems to be improved as well in particular the USB connection. Overall if you can get this one when it goes on sale I'd say get it.
