It will be connected & working then randomly disconnect and we can’t get it to reconnect unless we shut the entire console down and go through the entire process of connecting again. Very frustrating.

The battery pack is more tight when inserting batteries. Works with older consoles and new ones. Good job Microsoft.

I get sweaty hands and the surface texture of this controller has been amazing for that! I'll only get these from here on out.

The LT and RT triggers feel so smooth and good compared to older iteration of Xbox controllers. I also love how they added the share button in the middle of the controller allowing for fast capturing of screenshots or video clips. Highly recommend this controller.
