Works like a charm (after having to install Xbox app on my PC and connect with a USB cable to update the controller's firmware). It would not pair through Bluetooth prior to the update.

Best entry-level Xbox controller to date. Only reason for only 4 stars is it doesn’t feel as sturdy or durable as the PS5 Dualsense controller. If you prefer a more lightweight cintroller you may actually prefer the Xbox one instead.

It arrived on time and in good condition. If you need an extra or new controller for your xbox this is a good basic option to get.

Got this for my son on his birthday and he loves it. He got to make this his remote and he loves the feel and color.

This was the first defective xbox controller I have ever bought from microsoft since I have been an owner of an xbox. I bought the warranty and they replaced it with no questions asked. It wouldnt stay connected to my daughters xbox one S

Disconnects occasionally but otherwise gets the job done.

This controller is the upgraded Xbox series x controller. Feels lighter the the Xbox one controller and has an extra button in the middle to take screen shots. You will press the screen shot button slot by accident

Got these on a deal and geek squad protection has come in clutch every time

Nothing that you wouldn’t expect here…it’s a controller. It works well and I really like the matte finish. I prefer the matte finish to the glossy. No issues so far, but my boys have burned through 6 controllers in 5 years.

It works fine, although there have been some connection issues. Maybe 4 times in 80 hours, it just wouldn't work even when it said it wqs connected. Restarting after waiting a few minutes seemed to work.

Why mess with what works write, as fair as the xbox series x controllers go they have a great rumble feature and the finish on the controller is easy to hold. If you have a xbox one or series S or X and like the color you cant go wrong!
