    Purchased on Sale, I get the feeling that they don't make these controls as robust as they used this the 2nd one that has broken on me before the xbox one I never had a broken controler

    The controller itself is barely different from previous generations. I have not used the new D-pad, so I can't say if it's improved. I use the controller on Windows, so the new button they added doesn't do anything for me. There was a piece broken off inside the controller that was rattling around when I took it out of the packaging. Other than that, it seems to operate normally.

    Dear lord, is this thing solidly built. I skipped the entire Xbox One generation, and coming back to it with the Series X feels like a blessing and a half. They really refined it since I last had one! The D-pad and triggers are amazing.

    The quality is good, I can't fault the material, however I think the shape and design is not comfortable. Honestly, the PS beats him by a lot. but still easy to use.

    This is a great addition to the XBOX series X. The console only comes with 1 controller and every now and then my grandkids come over and want to play together..So getting this was perfect.

    Bought this as a gift for a friend. These new controllers are all usb c so make sure if you’re buying it for previous gen Xbox ones that you have the correct cable

    Don’t buy off brand controllers because Xbox will not allow them to work in 2024. Lesson learned. These work well.

    Not sure who could be at fault, but I bought two controller for Black Friday, both delivered with holes in the boxes. Not a very pleasing Christmas gift, but it’s for the kids so they won’t care. Hope they both work :p
