    Bought for my son to replace the one he broke. He likes this one better because it is wireless, the one he broke had a cord which made it difficult for him to move around while playing the game.

    I got this because Microsoft doesnt let you use a PS5 remote for XBox games on PC. No regrets. I almost like it more then the PS5 controller.

    This may have been just one of those random ones that just happened to have a defective part but the joystick broke on this within 6 months of having it. Never had one break that quick on me before.

    This is my 4th controller. Microsoft doesn’t make good controllers like they use to. But that’s not Best Buy’s fault. Though I do recommend this product because the alternative is making the mistake of getting one of the same controllers with colors for a little more money but having to buy another months down the road because as I said Microsoft doesn’t make controllers like they use to. So I’m giving this 3 stars based on that fact. My rating no way reflects on Best Buy. I also recommend getting a battery pack w charging cable.
