Clean up and disinfected the controller now everything good. Bestbuy needs to make sure on open box or return items that they are not dirty nor have other peoples juices on it.

My kids cant seem to not break them. Make sure you purchase the geek squad protection because once it breaks geek squad replaces it for free one time.
