I personally do not care for the rough underside of the grips as they wear on the inside of my pinky fingers with extended use. Which lets face it is pretty much the type of use we all put on our controllers. I wish there was an option with smooth underside of the grips.

Joystick Drift

Had to file a claim on Microsoft website and sent in for service. They sent back a new one. Seems their warranty went from 1yr to 6mos. But you won't pay for shipping or a replacement unit as long as it is under the warranty time.

It connects very easily and comes with usb type c port so it’s easy to connect to all the latest hardware.

Its a new generation and all you have to show is adding grip and a photo button. Its laughable. I would think at least you could do is add something like paddles or something to make the life of the gamer truly better.
