    The new models are better quality but they can still get stick drift. They still don’t come with a back grip. These are clearly designed by people that do not use them. I have a box full of controllers that only have one button broke. Microsoft is supposed to be a prestigious company but they do not stand behind their product.

    These are made to break. Very poor value, but you have no choice but to buy new once you develop stick drift
