We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.
Once that is complete you will also need to make sure the controller firmware is up to date by checking for additional updates within the Xbox Accessories app. If you continue to experience a problem, please check with our team at Xbox Support for assistance here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/wireless-controller-solution

I prefer this over the elite series at it has grip texture and more importantly is more durable and reliable than the elite series. Highly Recommended!

The gripped edges on the joysticks are awesome. I can't use a regular controller anymore with no grips because of this controller. I'm actually purchasing another one after this review!

I do honestly like the color quite a bit and at first was not sure how it would look in person. I do wish there was another color mix rather than only mixes of blue, but still I'm pleased overall.

Still odd in this era that it takes AA batteries for wireless play, I just purchased the rechargeable battery pack to solve that problem only about $15 dollars. worth it to me, rather than having to dispose and replace battery’s for this device.also the color scheme is nice.
