For the price should have came with Chargeable batteries!!! Very disappointing that this was not msde clear On packaging at time of purchase on line

Bought this controller thinking it wild be nice to upgrade from my current XBOX one controller. I've had that controller for 2 years and still have no issues. This one started having trouble 4 months into ownership. There was some stick drift occurring in March, but I didn't know that was the case at the time. By that time my warranty just passed. I only use my XBOX for media and occasional gaming. Never been thrown once in the months of ownership. XBOX/Microsoft will not talk to you about controller issues via chat or over the phone. I feel like I wasted money and stuck with this garbage unless i find a third party repair center. I say save your money and if possible go to Playstation. My controller of 5 years still works perfectly fine.

Bought this used/certified, came with no box but was in decent condition.

Really dig the lime front and white back, and the box looks good too! Will be a nice addition to my collection.

Quality feels cheaper than the prior Xbox One versions. For the price, these should be made of higher quality. Quality also wears down fairly quickly with routine use.

It works. Using for Xbox one x. Coming from the previous gen controller, this one feels cheaper.

Love the new controller for series X, but already have a sticking "B" button. Exchanging it soon.

The husband loves controller but we need a new rechargeable battery as the ones we have don’t work due to slightly different back than older models.

The controller looks so much nicer than all of my others and the rubber grips make long gaming nights easier when it comes to perspiration.

Love the color. Looks way better in person. The black and red is a holiday must!! Definitely get this edition.

Needed a replace the for a worn out original unit. Do not buy knock off 2nd party unity. Buy OEM

When it works it's great. But I have had connective issues since almost day one. The Bluetooth gets weird and stops working. The usb port on the controller stopped is finicky and doesn't stay connected anymore unless I put pressure on it. I did update on the controller via my Xbox and that seemed to fix the Bluetooth problem until tonight, now it's acting up again. I've had the controller for a little over a year and have had constant issues. Meanwhile my controller that came with my original Xbox one still works fine just has a little drift. This was supposed to replace that.

I have had this controller it’s a really good controller but when I bought it from Best Buy the home button has to be pressed hard to work and the headphone jack is really loose luckily I have a 2 year warranty hopefully they didn’t give me this one because of my warranty but most likely it’ll be my last time buying here
