Compared to the Xbox One controller this one is just too loud. A shame that I must return it. Also it feels slightly smaller in the hands and a bit lighter. Some might like that but not me. We're sorry that there's an issue using your new Xbox wireless controller with Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth. If you are still experiencing this issue please ensure you have the latest service update for Windows. You can find available Windows updates by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates on your Windows 10 PC. In some cases, there may be a button that says “View optional updates”, and you may be required to click there to find the update.

It has only been 52 days since it was purchased. its like they put cheap parts in this banking on you buying the protection plan and having to use it over and over again. because then they are left with the product to repair and put in in this case a new bumber and then they can resell the controller while getting another protection plan sold
