    That’s the worst open box purchase that I ever bought from Best Buy I got the controller it is dirty The box is destroyed from the shipping and the controller wasn’t working at all The buttons are sticky When I want to try to exchange it, they said no exchange on the return, I had to buy a brand new one instead of exchange it I got it with the black Friday discount and I had to buy it for full price later wasn’t convenient at all

    I was excited to get this controller since mine broke. I wanted a yellow one and on my screen this one was indeed yellow, but when it arrived i was disappointed to see that it was actually a neon green color. This controller is not yellow despite what you see in the picture and the description.
