The new one works fine with the only issue that I have found with it being that is hard to slide open the battery compartment door. Found it to be a nice color scheme as well.

Get's super hot and the batteries will burn your hand when trying to remove them. Store is of no help and even tells me to look up the Microsoft website to help. Never used and brand new.
