Drifting occurred within 6 months to year of use. Returned and exchanged, got lucky there was only 1 left at another store out of state. If traded for another style due to availability Best Buy was only going to offer $30 and some change for exchange. Microsoft and Playstation need to provide higher quality parts for their controllers. Moreso a them issue then a bestbuy issue.

I’ll never buy a special one again they all break at the same speed

Also, a C-port charger cable should be added to these controllers since the charging port on the controller was changed from the conventional USB port.

Shameful 90 day warranty - Failed after 9 months

I have 4 Xbox 360 controllers that still work fine (they look worn, but work great). Microsoft knows their current controllers don't last which is why they only offer a 90 day warranty on them. I'm not buying another one.

I was sick with Covid so I was gaming pretty heavily with Rocket League and the Outriders demo. After 3 days the trigger was getting stuck. Not catching on the from, rather something inside, felt very sticky and nothing helped. I have a blue one that's holding together so far. But as for the red, or at least mine. I would say these aren't make for continuous use. Good luck with this one boys
