Returned the controller two times, the second time being that the right bumper made a spring sound each time I pressed on it (the first was because the packaging was too damaged). I exchanged it hoping for a better one, but yet again, it has the same problem. I’ll just eat the cost and keep it as it doesn’t affect gameplay, but it is extremely annoying. Microsoft needs to work on their quality control.

Love the color, grips, size, stays charged with charger

I had the controller for maybe two months and left joystick started drifting. It was not usable and it only had a 30 day return period. I tried to fix the drift but nothing worked. Now it sits in a box useless. I don't play hard, never dropped it, and didn't throw it.

Xbox at it again! Another controller bought and has stopped working in less than 9 months! Piece of junk! I have to constantly buy controllers for my Xbox because they keep breaking! Don't waste your money!

I was replaced the controller because the bottom RL don't working correctly I don't know is for defective fabrication

Loving it! It feels great in my hands and I love how responsive it is, the only thing missing is a better texture for grip, I ended up getting a skin for it and it improved the feel!

Comfortable controller, but letters on the buttons hard to distinguish.

I love the color but the buttons seem to stick alot.

New xbox controller's are not built to last anymore. I feel like I'm replacing them every few month's. The joysticks get drift in them and the trigger button's stick. And for the price they could atleast come with rechargeable batteries in my opinion.

wouldn’t connect to my xbox and once I got it to work using wired connection the B button would barely work. not sure what xbox is making these controllers out of nowadays but it’s very cheap quality. an off-brand controller probably works better than this one..

Nice, just wanted a new one to use, it's nice to use.

When the product arrived, the box was all crushed and damaged. As far as I can see, the product isn't damaged but I'm hoping that it doesn't have problems in the future arising from the poor packaging and improper and rough handling. I don't buy used controllers because I know that people are rough on them which makes it disappointing that I buy something from Best Buy and it's also been handled poorly, either at the store or in transit. Maybe you could wrap the product in bubble wrap before sending it in the future. Thank you.
